When applying for your student visa for Australia, you will generally need:

  1. Passport (old/new)
  2. SSC Marksheet + Passing Certificate
  3. HSC Marksheet + Passing Certificate
  4. Leaving Certificate
  5. Marksheets of diploma / bachelor /master (including Backlogs)
  6. Transcript (University Requirement)
  7. Degree Certificate / PDC / Course Completion Certificate
  8. Letter of Recommendation (3University Requirement)
  9. Medium of instruction letter from College/University
  10. IELTS/TOEFL
  11. GRE/GMAT (if required)
  12. Resume/ Curriculum vitae
  13. Passport Size Photographs(white background 35x45mm 80% face mate finishing)
  14. Work experience letter

If you are under 18 years of age, you will also need to provide additional documents such as parental consent.

English language requirements

Making sure your visa remains valid

Once you get your visa, there are several things you need to do to ensure it remains valid, including:

  1. Remain enrolled and maintain satisfactory course progress and attendance
  2. Provide your Australian address to your university or college so they can contact you (don’t forget to let them know if you move)
  3. Continue to be able to financially support yourself while in Australia
  4. Don’t breach the working conditions that apply to your visa
