Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum three months. Attach all your old passports (if any)
c) If married & travelling with spouse the passport or a copy of Marriage certificate

2 photographs 35*45mm, White Background, 80% face cover

2 Blank business letter pad with stamp and signature

Financials
a) Company and Personal ITR for last 3 years
b) Personal and current updated Bank Stat with each page stamp (LAST 6 MONTH)
c) Qualification and Salary slips for last six months (If any)

If Self Employed
Company Registration Certificate / / Partnership Deed or Articles of Memorandum

If Employed
a) No Objection Certificate from employer

Student
a) Leave Sanction Letter, School ID Card and NOC from school mentioning the dates of trip If
You are under 18, you must also submit a) if you are travelling alone – An authorization letter signed by
both parents with their passports or a notarized affidavit signed by both parents is required

SAVINGS
LIC, Fixed deposit, PPF, Mutual fund, Share Investment, Credit card statement etc. (IF ANY)
